Returns and Refund PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, Zoe b will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from your invoice date. Please email sales@zoeb.biz for a return authorization number.If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will be refused. All returned items must be in their original unused condition. Any item that has been altered or damaged will not be issued credit. Shipping costs are not refundable. Also due to unforeseen circumstances, some styles might not be available at the time your order is placed. In these cases, Zoe b will refund the cost of the item back to the original method of payment.Shipping
All orders placed on the Zoe b website will be confirmed by return email within 24 hours not including weekends and holidays. Some other items are made to order and require longer production time. If this applies to any item(s) in your order, you will receive an email notification of the expected ship date and will need to reconfirm the delivery dates of those items on your order. Zoe b uses UPS for all standard and overnight delivery services and therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please use a street address for all ship-to addresses. |
